Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lash Collectives. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please take a moment to review our return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return most new, unopened items purchased from Lash Collectives within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, email support@lashcollectives.com and we will get back to you with detailed instructions within 2-5 business days. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. 

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at support@lashcollectives.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Restocking Fee:

  • We may charge a restocking fee for returns that are not a result of our error or for items that are not returned in their original condition, as described in section 1.

8. Return Exceptions:

  • Certain items, such as gift cards, digital downloads, and sale items, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
